Currently, there is no way to change your email address directly on our platform for data security reasons.
You can, however, invite the new email address as a new user.
To do so, follow the steps below:
- Login to the platform
- Go to https://account.publishdrive.com/users
- Select the 'invite user' option
- Provide the new email address in the email field
- Click all the checkboxes (provide all possible permissions)
- Select 'invite user'
- An invitation email will be sent to the new address. Follow the invite link and set up the new user account as admin
- Contact our Support Team to delete your old email from the account
