How can I change my ISBN?

Unfortunately, the ISBN is the only piece of metadata that you cannot change after publication. Since it is the main identifier of your book in all the stores where it is sent to, changing it would cause considerable technical difficulties on the distribution side.

If you realized you entered the wrong ISBN or you got your ISBN later than when your book was published, the only solution we can currently recommend is to withdraw your book and upload it again, this time with the correct ISBN.
