How to Upload Your Copyright Document?

Overview

Once you have obtained your official copyright document, you can upload it directly to your book in your PublishDrive account. Please note that:

• The copyright document must be uploaded as a PDF file.

• The document needs to be uploaded separately for each format (ebook, print, audiobook).

Before You Start

Make sure that:

• Your copyright document is saved as a PDF.

• You are logged into your PublishDrive account.

Uploading the Copyright Document

📘 Ebook

1. Open your book from the Dashboard.

2. Scroll down to the Files section.

3. Click on Other options.

4. Upload your copyright document (PDF).

📚 Print Book

1. Open your book from the Dashboard.

2. Scroll to Files → General print files.

3. Click on Include acknowledgment of exclusive copyright file.

4. Upload your copyright document (PDF).

🎧 Audiobook

1. Open your audiobook from the Dashboard.

2. Scroll to the Files section.

3. Click on Include acknowledgment of exclusive copyright file.

4. Upload your copyright document (PDF).

After Uploading

Once the document is uploaded:

• Save your changes.

• Resend the book for review if required.

• Our team will review the document as part of the verification process.
