Keeping in touch (whitelist our email)

We don't want to disturb you unnecessarily, but it is important that we can reach you by email regarding your books or sales. Please, don't forget to keep your email address up-to-date in the system.

We send you emails from the following email addresses:

  • support@publishdrive.com This is the most important email address we use. This is the address we use to send you important emails regarding your account. Please make sure to whitelist our support address.
  • payments@publishdrive.com Also very important: this is the email address we use to reach you if something goes wrong with your tax forms or payment.
  • marketing@publishdrive.com This is the one we use for the newsletter and occasional marketing communications.  If you are not signed up for the newsletter, you won't receive emails from this address.

To make sure that you always receive our messages and they don't accidentally end up as spam, you have to teach your email client that our emails are important. We'll explain below in detail.

Whitelist our email address

Your email client (Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo) wants to protect you from unwanted emails and uses AI to decide which emails are important. To make sure that you never miss an email from us, you have to "teach" your email client to recognize our emails.

Whitelist in Gmail

Option A

1. Sign in to your Gmail account.

2. Open our latest email, and click the three dots in the top right corner.

3. Select "Add PublishDrive to your Contacts list"

Option B

1. Sign in to your Gmail account.

2. Click the little grid in the top right corner of your screen to get the apps.

3. Click Contacts

Using the + sign, add support@publishdrive.com to your contacts.
