Most authors and publishers own the worldwide rights of their ebook. If that's the case, you don't need to do anything: worldwide rights are automatically enabled.
If you have the rights of a book for individual territories only, please select your regions during book upload in the Territory rights section.
You can also use this feature if you simply do not want to sell your book in some countries, for any reason.
